WCW Site Creation Tool
Authorized Individuals may use this tool to add sites to the Wood County Walls website. Please review the fields below and gather all information before starting. Fields with an * are required! Other fields may be left blank if information is unknown or not applicable. If additional information becomes available after submitting, email the information to WoodCountyWalls@gmail.com
* Enter The Common Name of the site. ie: The Peacock Mural or Fred's Family Restaurant.
* Enter the address of the site. If no address is available, enter the closest known address
* Re-Enter the name of the City. If not in a city enter Wood Couonty.
Enter the Phone Number of Retail Sites if known
Enter Email Address if known
Enter the Sites Website URL, if known.
* Enter a short description of the site.
* Enter Type of Site from List
Name of Artist or Organization that created the art, if known.
Upload a photo of the site if available. Highly recommended!
Site can not be published without a Site photo. If unavailable please use a cell phone to take a photo of the site and email it to us at WoodCountyWalls@gmail.com
Upload a photo of the Artist or group if available.
Artist photo is not required. If a photo becomes available at a later date it may be emailed to WoodCountyWalls@gmail.com and we will add it to the site.
